Ann,
your hostess

In 1996 we were in Lienz for the first time; in 2015, together with our two daughters, we packed our bags, left Belgium behind and moved to our new home.

We found this great bed and breakfast in Tyrolean style, renovated a few rooms and furnished it in such a way that we can share our passion for East Tyrol with our guests with a modern flair.

As it so often happens in life, a few surprises have come our way in recent years, the children are not so small anymore and are exploring their own path. But my enthusiasm for ‘my’ guests has remained unchanged.

Hopefully the website will convince you to discover the beautiful East Tyrol and I will be able to welcome you soon!

Our offer in a practical overview

At the city border

Quietly positioned in a cul-de-sac, about 15 minutes on foot from the town center.

Ski accomodation

Storing for you skis and snowboards. Heated shoerack.

Relaxation spaces

Our breakfast room can also be used in the evening and then there’s the reading corner on the second floor.

‘Smart’ TV with Austrian and German channels and Netflix.

Free Wi-Fi

Througout the whole house.

Non-smoking house

Smoking in the house is not allowed. We do have smoking corners outside though.

Garden

In winter, our garden has few to offer, but in the summer garden furniture is set up on the terrace in the front of the house and in a shadowrich corner in the back.

Parking in front of the house

Nothing easier. Just park in front of the house. There’s a spot for every guest.

No animals

We’re sorry, but we can’t allow any animals.
