Leaving for a holiday should be a joy. That’s why we try to make that packing a little easier.

Room design

Modern designed room with balcony. Double bed. Antiallergic bedding, extra blankets for shivery guests. Table, chair, armchairs. Smart TV’s with Austrian and German channels and Netflix. Spacious closet. Safe.

Bathroom

Every room has its own bathroom with toilet, shower and sink. Towels, soap, shampoo, tissues, toiletpaper en hair dryer are provided.

Breakfast room

Our house has a typical ‘Tyrolian’ breakfast room. You’re also free to use the equipment for your other meals: coffeemaker, waterboiler, egg cooker, microwave oven, dishes, cutlery, glasses, … A refrigerator for guests is at your service on the first floor, near the rooms.

Reading corner

On the second floor we arranged a reading corner. Sit back and relax, enjoy a book or a conversation with your fellow holidaymakers. We even provide a filled bookcase.
