Our conditions are as follows:
- You can book via booking.com or directly with us.
- Via booking.com you have the possibility to cancel free of charge up to 30 days before arrival, after that 50% of the amount is due. If you book directly, you can also cancel free of charge up to 30 days before arrival. The total amount must be received on our account on the 30th day before arrival, otherwise the booking will be cancelled by us. In case of cancellation less than 30 days before arrival, half of the total amount will be refunded to you.
- For direct bookings of 7 nights or more, we offer a 7% discount.
- Prices are per room unless otherwise stated.
- Local taxes will be charged on site. (€ 2,- per person per day from age 15).
- Check-in from 15:00 – check-out until 11:00. Other arrival times? Please clarify.
- We trust our new booking system, but still reserve the right to cancel your reservation again, should something have gone wrong. If necessary, this will be done within 24 hours. So no news is good news.
- For everything that is not described or agreed, the ‘General Terms and Conditions for the Hotel Industry (AGBH 2006)’ apply.
